Job Summary
Junior Solution Architect role supporting solution design and delivery activities for Red Hat technologies. Responsibilities include assisting with technical workshops, demos, and proofs of concept; translating requirements into standardized proposals and enablement collateral; documenting use cases and contributing to internal knowledge bases; researching competitor solutions and industry trends; collaborating with sales and engineering teams for delivery consistency; and supporting customer demos, pilot setups, and technical account plan inputs for Account SA or partner enablement sessions and training preparation for Ecosystem SA. Role aligns with Red Hat’s open source platform across Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies, with flexible work environments (in-office, office-flex, or fully remote) depending on role requirements.
