Junior Software & Systems Specialist – AI & Automation

Support and enhance the Acumatica ERP by maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing solutions for evolving business needs. Build practical software solutions including internal tools, dashboards, integrations, and automations to solve real operational challenges. Connect business systems through reliable data flow integrations and apply AI coding assistants to develop AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity. Own solutions end-to-end by collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop, test, deploy changes, and maintain documentation. Strengthen the data layer by developing queries, reports, and pipelines for accurate business information. Partner across the organization to identify process and technology improvements. This role offers hands-on exposure to Acumatica, APIs, and emerging AI tools within a team focused on connecting systems and finding smarter ways to work.
