Job Summary
Develop autonomous workflows using n8n and other No-Code/Low-Code tools to automate recurring processes in recruiting, campaign management, and reporting. Integrate APIs from CRM systems like HubSpot and data providers to enrich data and personalize outreach campaigns. Leverage LLM tools for text generation, analysis, and code assistance while building and optimizing internal systems for continuous improvement. Document all developed solutions to maintain structured knowledge. This role focuses on rapid implementation and direct impact on business success within a growing Hamburg-based agency specializing in health and social sector recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit No Code / Low Code Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier o. Ä.), von ersten eigenen Projekten bis zu mehrjähriger Praxis
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Grundverständnis von APIs und Datenstrukturen
- Sehr gutes logisches und strukturiertes Denken
