Job Summary
Develop the company's document management system by continuously modernizing the solution and guiding all development phases. Collaborate closely with product management and solution consultants to implement new features based on customer requirements and strategic planning. Evaluate and select new technologies alongside software architects while working within a small team focused on digitalization. Engage in mentoring and training junior developers to support the team's sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fachkompetenz und Erfahrung in Kotlin oder Java in der Backendentwicklung
- Erfahrung mit React/Vue/Angular, MS DevOps, Git, Maven, PostgreSQL
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (mind.C1 Level)
- gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Docker/Kubernetes, KeyCloak, SW Testing von Vorteil
