Job Summary
Junior Software Engineer on a rotational track across Banking & Payments, Trading, Investment Products, and Internal Products. You’ll work across the stack to ship real frontend and backend changes, explore how AI tools can improve engineering velocity, and grow into a mid-level engineer by owning small domains end-to-end, participating in code reviews and technical discussions, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one language (Go and TypeScript preferred but not essential)
- Comfort working across the stack (frontend included)
- Curiosity about how systems fit together and how the business makes money
- Growth mindset and willingness to own delivery outcomes
