Job Summary
Junior Software Engineer – Mid-office role focused on building and maintaining the systems that track positions, PnL, and instruments across multiple venues. You will own books, design real-time services for trading and hedging, manage data flows from market data to internal state, integrate new venues end-to-end, model instrument lifecycle, develop self-healing and hedging infrastructure, and deliver reporting for internal stakeholders and regulators. Requires 1+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Rust and Python, familiarity with Grafana and PostgreSQL, and strong communication in English. Based in Amsterdam with in-person work. Relocation package available for internationals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial working experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Rust service and Python data pipeline
- Familiarity with Grafana & PostgreSQL
- Ability to work on new components
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
