Job Summary
Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for the workforce while ensuring their availability, reliability, performance, and security. Modify Free and Open-Source Software to accommodate specific customer use cases and regularly engage with customers to conduct requirements elicitation and develop tailored solutions. Maintain existing customer-facing infrastructure and applications, applying Site Reliability Engineering best practices to support production software. This role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 3 years of experience in a technical discipline. The team builds next-generation AI infrastructure powering innovation across the customer organization, leveraging LLMs and cloud services to deliver seamless AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of and experience with using LLMs as a part of a code solution workflow
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- Proficiency with Python or another Object-Oriented Programming language
- Experience with LLM UI Open-Source software such as OpenWebUI
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers
- Experience with Kubernetes/Helm
- Familiarity with Argo CD and/or other CI/CD frameworks
- Experience supporting production software using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices
- Experience with Docker and containerization
