Job Summary
Deploy and configure AI services and software tools across departments while maintaining system performance and troubleshooting integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, monitor tool performance and system logs, and create user guides to support staff adoption. Stay current with emerging trends in AI and cloud services to optimize tool usage. This entry-level role supports the implementation of Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services within the IT team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or systems administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs) is a plus
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based services
