Junior Software Developer

Develop and maintain software for the HazCom application using CMMI/IEEE/ISO standards. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting explicit and implicit functional and technical requirements, creating analysis and design documentation, program specifications, unit test criteria, coding and testing program units, and producing program documentation. Follow established software development standards and guidelines, work within CMM/CMMI, IEEE, and ISO practices, and adhere to DoD/Air Force/AFMC/AFB architectures and policies. Utilize HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML, JSON, C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL/T-SQL, IIS, Bootstrap, Web Services, and the Microsoft.NET Core environment. Maintain compliance with configuration/change management policies and perform related duties as assigned. The role emphasizes independent task definition, development, testing, and documentation, with a focus on web-based software development processes and best practices.
