Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Rust (if no C or C++ experience)
- Experience developing applications that communicate with hardware devices, controllers, sensors, or industrial equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware integration issues
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with others to meet established goals and program schedules
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
