Job Summary
Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for Evalion-SHL and MyOrama; write compelling copy in Greek and English tailored to different audiences (B2B, students, educators, HR professionals); support the development of the content calendar with the Content & Marketing Coordinator; assist in producing marketing materials such as presentations and newsletters; produce visual content for success stories, case studies, and events; monitor social media performance and compile basic reports on key metrics; stay up to date with social media trends and bring forward fresh ideas; requires 1 year of relevant experience, strong Canva skills, ability to edit short-form video, bilingual Greek/English, and collaborative, growth-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a social media, content, or marketing role (internship experience also considered)
- Very good knowledge of Canva for creating social media visuals, presentations, and digital assets
- Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content for social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Creative mindset with a genuine interest in content creation and visual storytelling
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively and contributing to a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing function
