Job Summary
Junior SME Accounting Professional supporting account managers with daily accounting tasks for a variety of SMEs, including booking invoices and bank statements, preparing VAT returns, annual accounts, and closing reports. Learn to manage a client file from A to Z, work with accounting tools like ExactOnline and Silverfin, and grow skills to provide practical client advice. Collaborate in a team-focused environment that emphasizes learning and growth, while leveraging AI/prompts and Microsoft 365. Requires fluency in Dutch (and comfort in English) with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, taxation or finance OR Master’s in business administration with an accounting focus
- 0-2 years of experience
- fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English
- familiar with AI and prompting
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Office)
- experience with accounting software is a big plus
