Job Summary
Oversee daily site execution, monitor work progress, and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams while conducting inspections to resolve technical issues. Prepare daily progress reports, manage material inventory, and verify measurements for billing activities. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site discipline while assisting in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Maintain coordination with the project manager on status and challenges. Requires a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1–4 years of experience. Full-time role based in Aligarh.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in construction/site execution
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage manpower and handle site responsibilities independently
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work at project site in Aligarh
