Junior Share Plans Analyst

Job Summary
Support the global administration of Gunvor Group equity plans by maintaining accurate participant records, processing transactions including grants and exercises, and developing analytical models to enhance forecasting. Prepare reports and reconciliations for HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders while ensuring regulatory, tax compliance, and audit activities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced Excel skills for data validation and automation. Liaise with external vendors and third parties as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in share plan administration, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in PowerBI and Python.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in business administration, finance/accounting or similar field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Shareplan based tax and regulatory considerations
- multi-country exposure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and validate large and complex datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data reconciliation, and automation techniques (including VBA for process improvement)
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to produce clear reports and presentations
- Strong problem solving and research skills (i.e. complex issues related to the share plans scheme)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
