Job Summary
Junior ServiceNow Developer to contribute to NSSC/NASA IT development efforts. Responsibilities include activating and configuring ServiceNow applications, developing workflows and scripts to tailor ServiceNow solutions, building new custom applications to automate business processes, and collaborating with customers to research, design, and deliver innovative improvements. Role involves troubleshooting across software applications and systems, planning deployment, and ensuring compliance standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and at least 1 year of software development experience. Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and experience across ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITFM, ITBM, and Software Asset Management; web services and database experience are a plus. Salary range observed: $72,877 - $98,599; location flexibility with remote work possible. Public Trust/Other: None; US Citizenship required.
