Junior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows by creating forms, tables, business rules, and client scripts. Support Service Catalog requests, record producers, and automated integrations under senior guidance while participating in testing, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, document configurations, and ensure adherence to development standards and governance. Perform unit testing and user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet security and compliance requirements within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, or Service Catalog modules
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
