Job Summary
Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features. Support technical consulting and testing activities while following implementation standards and technical best practices. Identify business requirements and contribute to the standardization of processes in design and deliverables. Learn to provide expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform. This role requires solid JavaScript knowledge and basic SQL, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP skills. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Hungary without visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
- Interest in becoming a ServiceNow developer
- Working proficiency in English and German
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Legal right to work in Hungary without requiring visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow administration or development experience
- System integration experience using web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP, HTTP, CSS, XML
- Experience in web application development
- Experience with other ITSM software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
