Job Summary
Meet and greet customers in the service drive and write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates. Provide exceptional, timely communication to keep clients updated throughout the repair process while presenting vehicle recommendations. Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology and exhibit a positive attitude with both customers and co-workers. Other duties as assigned by management. This role serves as a critical liaison between the customer and technicians at Lexus of Maplewood, supporting the Ed Napleton Automotive Group's service lane.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
