Job Summary
Junior SEO Specialist to deliver the full SEO stack across 30+ market sites, including technical, on-page, content SEO, keyword research, link building, and AI search readiness. Work with IT/Content teams under the Global Head of Organic Marketing, shipping weekly and supporting rapid career growth. Strong focus on technical SEO tasks (schema markup, hreflang, ccTLDs), international SEO hygiene, sitemap/canonical/indexation, Core Web Vitals, and localisation QA. Remote from Italy; previous experience with multi-language/e-commerce sites and tooling (GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush).
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years hands-on SEO experience
- experience across technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
- Keyword research and on-page optimisation skills
- Awareness of AI search (SGE, AI Overviews, LLM) and structured data support
- Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites (hreflang, ccTLDs, subdomains)
- Comfortable working tickets in Jira, Asana, or similar tools
- Fluent English
- Remote worker with stable connection
