Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6; coordinate with project managers, preconstruction, marketing, and other team members to align schedules with project goals; support the project controls team in integrating scheduling activities across projects; collaborate with Project Superintendents on timelines and milestones; participate in weekly progress meetings with project teams and the Project Superintendent; assist in preparing schedule reports for project teams and stakeholders; help monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and support corrective action recommendations; regularly review and update schedules for accuracy under the guidance of senior schedulers; ensure effective communication and coordination of scheduling activities across projects; support the development of project plans and risk management strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-7 years of experience in construction scheduling (internship or co-op experience welcome)
- Basic construction knowledge and familiarity with construction processes and terminology
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Exposure to P6 or other scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative scheduling team
