Job Summary
Junior Scheduler responsible for developing detailed project schedules using P6, coordinating with project managers, preconstruction, marketing, and other team members to align schedules with project goals, supporting project controls and schedule reporting, and collaborating with superintendents. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 2-7 years of scheduling experience. Full-time in Austin, TX with travel to construction sites. Emphasis on meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-7 years of experience in construction scheduling (internship or co-op experience welcome)
- Basic construction knowledge and familiarity with construction processes and terminology
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Exposure to P6 or other scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative scheduling team
