Job Summary
Plan, organize, and deliver sales training sessions, including in-person, virtual, and AI-supported learning formats. Coach sales representatives through daily operations via conversation monitoring and practical training measures. Develop, maintain, and update training materials, e-learning content, and course concepts. Analyze training initiatives and participant feedback to continuously optimize programs. Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to identify development needs and support the introduction of new sales strategies and solutions. This role contributes to building the sales organization for the future, focusing on subscription-based recruiting solutions and hiring as a service.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Vertrieb, Personalentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Empathisches Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, Inhalte verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Teamorientierung, Eigeninitiative und hohe Lernbereitschaft
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Training oder Learning & Development von Vorteil
- Interesse an modernen Vertriebsmethoden, digitalen Lernformaten und KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Lernplattformen ist ein Plus
