Job Summary
Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base by contacting clients via telephone and mail. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system while managing social media channels. Educate prospects and customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services to drive engagement, and provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries. Handle administrative work such as managing posts. Requires full working proficiency in German and English, with a background in sales or customer service. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency)
- Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments
