Job Summary
Actively identify and engage with potential clients to build long-lasting partnerships through cold calls and follow-ups. Generate leads and expand the client base while supporting the recruitment team by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Fluent in English is required, with German knowledge being a plus. This role is fully remote and offers opportunities for individual development within a German recruitment agency specializing in connecting companies with skilled candidates.
