(Junior) Sales Operation Specialist (w/m/d)

Job Summary
Analyze complex sales and process-related matters to develop appropriate solutions. Support property owners and management companies with second-level support for advanced inquiries. Resolve intricate network issues across levels 3 and 4 in a solution-oriented manner. Identify process optimization opportunities and assist in digitizing existing workflows. Flexibly undertake additional operational tasks within the sales operations environment as required by the department. Requires a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, preferably with customer service experience, strong German language skills, and proficiency in Excel. Full-time position with flexible working options and home-office equipment provided.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, Sachbearbeitung oder in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Interesse an vertrieblichen Prozessen, sowie an technischen und organisatorischen Zusammenhängen
- Routine in der Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen und im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
- Vorantreiber mit Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
