Job Summary
Analyze complex sales and process requirements to develop appropriate solutions while supporting homeowners and property managers with second-level support on challenging inquiries. Resolve intricate construction matters related to network levels 3 and 4 in a solution-oriented manner. Identify process optimization opportunities to support the digitalization of existing workflows and flexibly undertake additional operational tasks within the sales operations environment. Requires a commercial background or equivalent qualification, first experience in customer service or sales-adjacent roles, and strong German proficiency. Excellent Excel skills and routine handling of complex stakeholder interactions are essential. Flexible working arrangements and home-office equipment are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, Sachbearbeitung oder in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Interesse an vertrieblichen Prozessen, sowie an technischen und organisatorischen Zusammenhängen
- Routine in der Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen und im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
- Vorantreiber mit Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
