Job Summary
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction while generating revenue. Develop proposals aligned with client needs and Encore's offerings, then attend site visits and planning sessions to support the event experience. Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers to meet targets, understand cost structures, and adhere to profitability guidelines. Build new business through networking and cold acquisition, while maintaining accurate CRM records of opportunities and client data. Ensure a healthy order book and stay updated on product offerings, technologies, and industry trends to identify new chances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor-Abschluss (BS/BA) in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung bei Encore oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
- Technisches Verständnis
- Computerkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Software
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft Office-Suite
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Technikvertrieb oder im Gastgewerbe
- Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb im audiovisuellen Bereich
- Kenntnisse in der Hotellerie und im Vertrieb
