Job Summary
Junior Sales Engineer to support demo delivery, help build out the Demo Ops function, translate customer pain into technical narratives for enterprise pre-sales, and grow toward owning opportunities. You’ll collaborate with senior SEs and sales leadership to configure, deploy, and optimize demos across enterprise accounts, learn the Demo Ops processes and tooling, and build fluency across the MDM platform’s security, API integrations, and data modeling capabilities. The role focuses on technical pre-sales, discovery support, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft ecosystems (SQL Server, Azure, etc.)
- Interest in data, MDM, or information architecture
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally with high-performing teams
