Job Summary
Conduct scheduled outbound calls to existing customers to secure new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to close out all deals. Gather and analyse account information and purchasing patterns to tailor sales strategies effectively while consistently upholding high standards of customer service for satisfaction and retention. Update the CRM daily to ensure seamless service delivery. This role offers full on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment in Wakerley QLD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role
