Junior Sales and Service Advisor

Junior Sales and Service Advisor at Greulich’s (Sun Auto Network) responsible for selling and promoting automotive services and products, greeting customers in-person and by phone, documenting customer concerns, inspecting vehicles, referencing service history, communicating and documenting service recommendations, providing accurate quotes with cost and completion time, and keeping customers updated on service status. Must adhere to company standards, follow cash-out procedures, conduct post-repair follow-ups, track returns and warranty parts, and perform other duties as assigned.
