Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage right-of-way, easement acquisition, contractor oversight, and construction activities for municipal pipeline, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects. Serve as the liaison between engineering teams, property owners, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of capital improvement projects from design through closeout. Oversee utility corridor planning, land acquisition, contractor performance, construction budgets, payment approvals, signage, traffic control, permitting, and new pipeline installation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Urban Planning with 3-5+ years managing similar infrastructure projects. 100% onsite at City of Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Urban Planning or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience managing right-of-way, utility, pipeline, water, wastewater, transportation, or municipal infrastructure projects
- Experience managing various teams internally and externally related to projects
- Project management experience
