Job Summary
Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports by preparing data from RMS, PMS, and other reporting tools. Monitor central metrics such as RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR for a small hotel portfolio. Support revenue managers in implementing pricing and inventory strategies for assigned hotels while conducting ad-hoc data analyses and contributing to special projects. Collaborate closely within the revenue team to understand revenue strategies and best practices. This Junior Revenue Manager role is based in the Headoffice in Kematen and offers a monthly gross salary of EUR 2,534.74 on a full-time basis.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder facheinschlägige Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Hotellerie
- Lösungs- & ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Strategisches Denkvermögen & Kennzahlenverständnis
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement sowie eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Affinität zu modernen Arbeitsmethoden und Technologien / KI-Unterstütztes Arbeiten
