Job Summary
Junior Reporting Specialist to support preparation and delivery of IFRS financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), participate in month-end close, balance sheet variance analysis, and support internal/external audits and VAT/CIT-related reporting. Role entails collaboration within an international environment, with hybrid work arranged at the Poznan, Poland site. Requires basic IFRS understanding, analytical mindset, good communication/organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP or similar systems; English fluency and a finance/accounting degree or equivalent (or in progress) are expected. The position emphasizes developing expertise in IFRS reporting, financial analysis, and month‐end processes while contributing to a compliant control environment.
