Job Summary
Work with the existing client base by reactivating and engaging them while developing long-term relationships. Communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms, handling a high volume of outbound calls and consulting on company products. Maintain a high level of customer service and update client information in the CRM system. Fluent English and Polish skills are required, with additional European languages considered an advantage. Required Qualifications
- Recent university graduates or final-year students
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Philology, or a related field
- Currently in the final stage of obtaining a diploma
- Fluent English
- Polish language skills
