Job Summary
Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process from screening to presenting and guiding the final offer; acts as the first point of contact for candidates, ensures a professional and respectful Candidate Experience; contributes to strategic projects to optimize recruiting processes, tools and standards; represents CBTW at recruiting events and career fairs and actively engages potential candidates to strengthen employer brand; remote work and workation within the EU and beyond with flexible work arrangements; benefits include onboarding, mentoring, training opportunities, and an emphasis on culture, collaboration and development.
Required Qualifications
