Job Summary
Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience. Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for the team, while managing applicants and coordinating appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders. Serve as a strategic partner for departments by providing professional support in recruiting and monitoring current trends to contribute ideas for hiring strategy development. Work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 in a hybrid model within AUTO1 Group's new Kosovo offices.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory)
- Experience in recruiting
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment
- Structured working style
- Ability to motivate and inspire people
