Job Summary
Junior Recruiter supports CARD’s centralized recruitment for remote-capable centers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, building active/passive pipelines, maintaining ATS data, assessing qualifications via phone/video/in-person interviews when possible, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition and operations leadership to meet weekly hiring goals. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools, and the ability to manage a high-volume workflow in a remote work environment while engaging with colleges, community representatives, and social media to promote CARD’s reputation in recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy or others preferred
