Job Summary
Junior Real Estate Technical Intern supporting the Due Diligence & Technical Services team in coordinating operative activities, monitoring technical processes, managing project documentation, and ensuring timely progress across client projects. Responsibilities include loading technical activities on client digital platforms with traceability, coordinating with internal teams for progress updates and approvals, tracking task advancement and deadlines, updating and archiving technical documentation, overseeing approvals and cost-tracking of assignments, and providing operational support to the Business Unit. Requires engineering, architecture, or equivalent degree (or Geometra diploma), strong IT proficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Location: Rome, Italy (office-based).
Required Qualifications
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o titolo equivalente; in alternativa, diploma di Geometra
- Buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici e con il pacchetto Office
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Spiccate capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
