Job Summary
Assess, analyze, and evaluate real estate assets in the market while contacting individuals interested in buying or selling. Intermediate real estate transactions between parties and develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets. Collaborate with internal teams or external contributors to maximize rentability on intermediation deals. Requires previous sales experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and knowledge of the Barcelona market. Full autonomy to act as owners of projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles
- Show motivation and interest in real estate, leasing or brokerage
- Good knowledge of the Barcelona real estate market
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
