Junior Quantity Surveyor (UAE National)

Junior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to support tender preparation and evaluation for UAE projects. Responsibilities include checking drawings for tender, maintaining tender documents and revisions, reviewing documentation and ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, BOQ and pricing preambles; raising RFIs through the Estimator for clarifications; performing quantity take-offs to ensure BOQ quantities are correct; and performing other duties as designated by the Manager/Estimator. The role emphasizes contributing to accurate project costing, efficient planning, and successful project delivery within a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and have 0-3 years of experience, with readiness to collaborate closely with team members and adapt to major construction projects in the UAE.
