Job Summary
(Junior) Quality Control Specialist responsibilities include planning, organizing and conducting incoming goods inspections with NIR analysis, overseeing inspection tools, creating trend analyses and reports, managing documents in the eQMS, planning and evaluating storage tests and ongoing stability studies (including shelf-life extensions), and preparing for customer, certification, and authorities audits. Required skills include quality control/QA or laboratory experience, familiarity with quality management systems and Q-document upkeep, experience with incoming inspections, raw material testing, sampling and analytical methods, strong data analysis and trend-derivation abilities, excellent organizational skills, MS Office proficiency with eQMS experience advantageous, and good German and English language skills. A collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and cross-functional teamwork are emphasized; knowledge of standards such as BRC, IFS, NSF is a plus. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Qualitätssicherung, Labor, Chemie, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer Fachbereich
- Erfahrung in Qualitätskontrolle/Qualitätssicherung oder Laborumfeld
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
- Pflege/Verwaltung von Q-Dokumenten
- Erfahrung mit Wareneingangskontrollen, Rohwarenprüfungen, Probenahme und analytischen Methoden von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- MS Office Kenntnisse; eQMS-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- teamorientierte, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
