Job Summary
Junior Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing) will execute manual tests on websites, mobile applications, and web-based platforms; create and run detailed manual test cases and scenarios based on user stories and acceptance criteria; identify, document, and track bugs; perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing; ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements; reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure resolution quality; collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects; maintain test documentation and participate in test planning with cross-functional teams. The role requires 1–3 years of manual QA experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, strong knowledge of testing concepts (SDLC/STLC), ability to write clear test cases and bug reports, familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum environment, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in writing clear and structured test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
