Junior QA Analyst (Proctor & Customer Service) LOCAL FOR PARAGUAY

Job Summary
Conduct online proctoring and customer support activities while assisting candidates and resolving basic inquiries. Monitor service interactions, support tickets, and proctoring sessions to ensure quality standards are met, then document findings and provide feedback to operational teams. Perform QA evaluations and audits following established processes to identify quality trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Operations, Proctoring, and Customer Support teams to enhance service delivery and maintain accurate records. This role serves as a development path for early-career professionals transitioning into dedicated QA responsibilities within Abstra's nearshore tech talent services.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and remote environment.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Location: 100% ON-SITE from Asuncion, Paraguay.
- Working hours will be 9 AM - 6 PM Paraguay Time Zone.
- Must complete an employment verification check.
