Job Summary
Prepare project documentation for land construction projects, including studies, DUR, DSP, and DPS, under the guidance of senior colleagues. Model and draw using CAD/BIM tools like AutoCAD and Revit to produce technical drawings and submittals. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to develop design solutions and prepare technical calculations. Learn the project workflow while gradually taking on more responsibility for specific documentation sections.
Required Qualifications
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání v oboru pozemních staveb nebo příbuzném technickém směru
- Základní orientace v projektování pozemních staveb
- Znalost práce v CAD/BIM nástrojích (AutoCAD, Revit)
Desired Qualifications
- praxe výhodou, ale není nutná
- Schopnost pracovat přesně, samostatně a zároveň se učit od zkušenějších kolegů
- Ochota rozvíjet se v oboru a postupně přebírat složitější části dokumentace
