Collaborate with notaries, architects, and government bodies to support commercial feasibility assessments for new project locations. Maintain close coordination with internal teams to bridge the gap between concept and realization. This hands-on role involves working from early stages through project completion, requiring a blend of legal precision and commercial insight. You will grow alongside a respected developer with over two decades of experience in building quality new housing and apartments across Flanders and Brussels.
