Job Summary
Organize and coordinate civil engineering projects by preparing work schedules, monitoring planning, and managing budgets alongside the project leader and executors. Maintain contact with clients, permitting authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure predictable project realization. Drive work preparation processes, implement corrective measures when necessary, and propose improvements for the project, team, and branch. Lead the team by leveraging technical expertise and leadership skills while supporting colleague development and maintaining assertive communication. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a proactive, action-oriented approach in a dynamic team environment.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in de rol van Werkvoorbereider, of je vervult nu een gelijkwaardige functie
- Heb je een goede beheersing van administratieve processen en heb je kennis van de aanwezige contractvormen in de markt zoals UAV en UAV-GC
- Heb je goede communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, in woord en geschrift
Desired Qualifications
- Heb je bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding in de civiele techniek of technische bedrijfskunde op hbo-niveau
