Junior Projectleider

Coordinate daily work between contractors on-site, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines while managing administrative tasks such as progress statements and invoices. Act as the primary contact for contractors, maintaining clear communication regarding project progress and bottlenecks. Monitor project planning strictly to prevent delays, oversee delivery handovers, and prepare for project completion. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and regulations. Work across multiple construction sites in the Brussels and Antwerp region. Report directly to the Project Manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction with at least five years of experience in residential projects.
