Job Summary
Manage customer and stakeholder requirements through remote communication or site visits while delivering technical and commercial project proposals for the Power and Renewables industry. Act as a Solution Architect to develop Emerson solution concept designs, ensuring innovative and efficient proposals are prepared within defined schedules and quality standards. Proactively communicate status updates and challenges to stakeholders and proposal team members, applying methodologies to minimize preparation effort. Take ownership of the full proposal scope, adhering to Ethics and Information Security policies. This role supports Emerson sales teams in pursuing new business opportunities within the Control Systems & Software portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Good technical understanding of process automation, DCS (Distributed Control System) and/or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, computer infrastructure and network architecture
- Ability to work within defined timelines
- excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- A second European language preferred (written and verbal)
- Academic background in electrical, electronics, automation engineering or robotics
