Job Summary
Oversee the planning and execution of all project activities, including the creation, control, and reporting of the master schedule. Implement BakerHicks standards for scheduling across projects and the firm. Manage stakeholder communication to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Develop detailed schedules for planning and construction phases, coordinate resource allocation for optimal use of personnel and equipment, and monitor progress against the baseline. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and continuously improve planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hochschulabschluss im Ingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Hohe Flexibilität
- Reisebereitschaft je nach Projekteinsatz
- Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Starkes geschäftliches und kommerzielles Bewusstsein
- Einsätze innerhalb Europas
- Teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten
