Job Summary
Analyze customer ideas and product landscapes with engineering teams to translate them into concrete technical solutions, prototypes, and MVPs. Plan and structure agile work with a focus on output, writing user stories, estimating effort, and tracking key performance indicators. Utilize AI tools for rapid-cycle prototyping and testing before transitioning systems into stable production environments. Facilitate internal and external meetings, manage requirements with stakeholders, and support sales activities by maintaining customer relationships and assisting in winning new business. Communicate openly with teams and involve relevant stakeholders in technical and product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a comparable field
- First relevant professional experience in a project environment
- hands-on development experience in engineering projects
- Strong analytical and research skills
- independent, structured, and motivating way of working
- ability to switch between an 80/20 mode and a careful, detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- confident presence across various stakeholders
- business fluency in both German and English
- First experience in an agile setup
- efficient use of AI tools in daily work
